Boost adjustments

Hi I have a 04 srt4 and I got the the bar tune on car wastewater pre-load low.. I'm boosting like crazy I'm surging pretty bad how do I adjust the boost on my intune2 can u give me a little step by step thank you

not sure I am following here...but did you change out the stock wastegate?
