I2 went into Recovery Mode and need Fix

Hello I need some assistance, I tried to write same tune I had installed while I was trying to adjust tune. Then device failed to write and went into recovery mode, how do I fix this.

allow it to go through recovery then start over.
Ensure good voltage, etc.
