Vehicle Not Supported - Error

Vehicle Not Supported - Error
I have received this "vehicle not supported" message with the I2. I made sure that it was fully updated with the ignition software. As of now, i am getting the error on my 2004 Dodge Neon SRT4 and my 2007 Cadaillac Esacalade. Attached is the info file. Let me know what you guys think. Thanks.

the only unsupported request i see here is for a 16 Ford, what vehicle was that?hydrohopper wrote:bump....help please...thanks
This device has only ford and GM licenses, so it wont work on an SRT4.
