Sold Vehicle, need tuner options

Greetings! I have an In Tune I3 that i purchased for my 2006 dodge charger r/t. I just recently sold the car. The car was restored to factory settings before it was sold. My question is this, Can this tuner be used with a GM vehicle? I would like to send this tuner to my brother since i no longer have a tune able vehicle in the garage. It is a model 8300. If it is not compatible, am I able to send it in to be swapped for one that is?
