After several updates, clear updates, and re-updates I still cannot get my i3 to write a tune on my 2017 Ram. I'm so frustrated I want to smash it, please help.
Update on this. I finally got through to customer service. The service rep seemed to know the product and my truck. Shot me about 14 forced updates and problem solved. Thanks Wyatt at diablo support.
