I bought a predator 2 about 2 weeks ago. Not a good experience so far. When I got the thing I did the download. Plugged it in would not work. Said: system error and can’t communicate with vehicle. Called then they gave me another download. Did not work again. This time it put a diagnostic symbol light on my dash. Also there is a symbol of the disable predator guy. Called them again and they said the guy who needed to look at this problem was out sick and they can’t say when he will return. Sounds like bullshit to me!! Only reason I have not sent it back is cause the check engine light is on. Don’t want to pay 100 to get it off. They made it sound easy. Download updates. Plug in and go. Not so. What a pain in the the ass.
