I2 stuck on "installing update" screen

I have the I2 for the Dodge Ram and decided to update it before use. I installed the updated version of the Ignition updater to Update Agent and began the update process. Now it is on the installing update screen, which it has been on for over 2 hours. I've unplugged it, tried it on another computer and plugged it into the truck and the only screen I get is "Installing Update".

I also purchased an additional license for this device which does not seem to come up.

Problem solved, I got rid of the I2 tuner. I can't believe new out of the box this had an issue in this day and age of technology.

We discontinued the i2 about 2 years ago, can you tell me where you got one new in the box?
