Do I need a custom tune for my 2013 Dodge Challenger rt that has a cai and a custom exhaust? If so then how can I get a custom tune for my in tune i3 platinum?

do a search for dodge dealers/tuners in your area using the diablosport dealer locator... https://www.diablosport.com/dealer-locator/

But it can’t just be any tuner right? They would have to carry the cmr software from diablosport correct?

Yes, they have to use our cmr software.

Would I have to take the car to the shop or would it be possible for them to send me the tune? What’s best if I had to choose between taking it or just getting the tune sent?

tuning can be done via email based on datalogs or in person.
