Intune i3 50 state convert to platinum. Plz help!!!!!

So, my wife bought me an intune i3 as a surprise and when she gave it to me I immediately opened it up out of excitement, I went to install it on my nsrt and seen there was only a 91 octane tune. After looking into it I realized she had gotten me the 50 state tuner instead of the platinum not knowing any better(we live in louisiana). Is there any way to update or change this to the Platinum? I really need the full tuning capabilities and the ability to buy and install custom tunes because I have other goodies on the way that require rescaling etc. Any help would be super appreciated!
