I dont think the device is communicating with the vehicle.
Can you give us a call with the device powered up in the truck so we can try some things??

The database is empty on the device. when connected to the update, nothing changes; one file updates and that’s it. I can’t call now unfortunately

Im not sure what you are referring to, there is nothing missing from the device.
Its simply not communicating with the vehicle.

Is it possible to send me files for updating? or is support already over i2? I still made a mistake now I downloaded the launcher from i3  :(

No, I am trying to explain that the issue is the fact that the devcie is not communicating with the vehicle, it is not an update issue or anything I can fix by sending you a file.
Need to determine why it can;t talk to the truck.
