vehicle not supported?? i3 update not loading 2 files??

I have a i3 here that i've plugged into the truck which is a 2018 ford f150 2.7 ecoboost. says vehicle is not supported update required. so i go update the i3 using update agent it says its update complete. go back to the truck try loading again and get the vehicle is not supported message and update may be required again. try updating again and notice its failing to load 2 files. i3 is unlocked. attached picture of screen file issue screen. Any help would be appreciated. thanks

Can you please attach the current info.xml file from the i3 drive?

Im not showing any unsupported requests there. That said the last connected calibration is not one we support.
Can you confirm ths is the VIN of the 2.7 you were trying to tune?

Yes that is the vin number for the truck. it is a 2018 2.7l ecoboost 4x4 xlt sport.

make sure ignition is in RUN mode and try again then post a new info file please.

Any update? i tried updating the i3 again after you had me plug into vehicle to get new info file and it did load 2 new files. but im still getting same message
