do you have some anti virus or other program that might keep the device from doign what it needs to do?

yeah it just sits there, no I don't have any other programs that are interfering with i2

All Good, i tried it on a windows PC and it works perfectly, turns out that the updater isn't working well with Mac PC's.
I just installed the tune and im excited for it

one question, why does the 2016 f150 3.5L ecoboost have bigger gains than the 2015 model? (P.S its on your i2 product page)

that should not be the case, maybe a 2.7 vs 3.5 mix up.

save this to the root of the i2 drive then go to the truck and try the process again, then it should download the file.

When I try to install any of the 87/91/93 tunes I have no throttle response, and I had to make a backup

i was reading on other posts happend to me too, i think we have to install the 87 or 91 or whatever tune that you're installing through avanced mode, then you have to disable the speed limiter or something, and then the throttle will work i guess, i have the exactly same problem after the 91 octane tune install, no throttle but i will give a shot tomorrow, on avanced mode, and i will put the speed limiter OFF i think that should fix the problem

yes, this is usually from using easy tune to disable the speed limiter.
