I2 Failed Write Issue

I am trying to tune a 2004 Ford Mustang Mach 1 from another shop. When I write in a tune from my CMR it errors out at 99%, right before it tries to export the file. If I write in a tune from the other shop it works. I have updated both the Intune and my CMR software, any ideas?

are you making the tune from the backup on the device?

backup is all stock so that shouldn't be an issue, Id suggest making a cal file of the tune, applying it to the backup and trying it again.
