2016 FORD F150 2.7l ECO NOT SUPPORTED

ok i see what happened. i set this to 0 (off) in the custom tune. but when you are loading the tune the adjustable parameters are setting it back on. take the file i made you, rename it to something else. and drag and drop it onto the tool. and let it inport. when you go to load the custom tune if should say "do you want to reset parameters" click yes. and load the tune. do NOT use the adjustable parameters to turn off the auto start as it will over ride what is did in the custom tune. if that makes sense.

didn't work even tried to put factory tune back on and tried to rewrite the tune to it but still won't shutoff.
what's next?

just looked at this file. this still isnt my custom tune. the file you attached (which is the tune that went into the vehicel) does not have it disabled vs my tune does.

are you going to: tune vehicle > advanced tuning > custom tune > and selecting the custom tune i sent you? then selecting "apply tune" without changing anything?

if not perhaps you could call in to the tech department and they could walk you through this.

I tried it just like you wrote but when it gets to custom tune option its not there only easy tune. looked on tuner and its in the tunes just wont let me choose the option. tried to call support but something is wrong with your phones when I was next in line the line went blank. can you tell me why its not giving me to custom tune option?

I purchased back in Febuary 2017 and they still can't get it to do as advertised getting tired of this.
As of right now do not buy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

when you load the tune Matt provided, do you put it in the root of the i2 drive then see a message on the i2 screen stating that the file has been imported?

Matt got to the point where he couldn't help anymore so I called support and talked to Kenneth he got it to wright the custom tunes but it still wouldn't work so when I called back I got Daniel after 2 1/2 weeks in engineering it still wont work and yes everything is as its supposed to be it just won't work. I read in other forums that y'all had problems with this feature but I thought you would have figured it out by now but you haven't!
