i have a issue my truck is dead

can you provide more info?
did it fail?
is it in recovery?
what happens when you try to restore the backup?
if it gets hung up between pcm and tcm, dont do the key cycles it asks for before tcm, just leave it in RUN and click ok on the tool and see if that helps.
If not, please call us with the tool powered up in the vehicle.
