2016 Mustang not compatible anymore???

Greetings,

I brought my car to Ford last time for a reflash. I tried to tune my car and for some reason the tuner didn't tune it all the way in and I restored it back to stock. After a couple of miles a light came on and car didn't wanna start. I let it off for an hour and try to start it again. Somehow it started with a check engine light so I brought it to Ford and they told me that they had to reflash the ECU and all the other stuff because it wasn't communicating properly for some reason. (I'm guessing it was due to the bad flash ). Anyways, Got my car back since 2 weeks now. Yesterday I filled it up with 93 Octane and at the moment to flash it I had an error message. I went home updated my tuner and tried it again and I still get the same error message. any ideas of what's happening? It worked fine before

I covered my VIN because I'm sure Ford does some google search sometimes. Let me know if you really need it and I'll send it over PM. I tuned that car before I brought it to Ford many times and since Ford reflashed it due to a bad comm it's not working anymore. So I know it worked before. Also, the software says it's the latest update installed but on the website to download each file manually it's another version for Ford,... Anyways, Hope you can help me fix that problem.

PS: While my car was at the dealer. My brother in law let me borrow his SS and his car blew up the belt on the road and I got some DTC. I used the tuner on the SS to check the DTC and clear the DTC. I doubt that would've messed it up though

Do I save it at the root of the i2 drive?

Edit: NVM I moved it at the root and it updated the tuner. I will check this out after work tonight. Hopefully that will work I'll keep you posted tonight.

From what they told me. They didn't update it. It was already at the latest version. They just reflashed everything to fix the error comm. I really hope it can be fixed though. I'd hate to be stuck with a $400 dollar product. There's no way to reset some files or something on my i2?
