I have a 2007 f-150 5.4L engine.

I have a for performance I installed a K&N Cold Air intake, and a Flowmaster Exhaust

I am using a i2 tuner

I want to build a custom tune I just don't know the best settings. my main goal is to get the Best MPG using 87 octane.

please let me know what you recommend.

theres not much you can change yourself to improve mileage other than driving style...
You can consider a custom tune from one of our cmr tuners, but honestly, gains in mileage can be tough to come by.
