mustang 2004GT doesn't connect T3(vortech)

well, title said enough, just installed Vortech kit but T3 comes with kit says
This Vehicle is not supported.
I update with wifi for 3-4times, finally said updated but still saying not supported.
please help

its asking you to connect to a pc and check for updates with the ignition software then load the update to the car then it should let you tune it.

Ignition software doesn't wanna do nothing and just say there is no updates.
Should I try factory reset and try update with ignition software?

do I lose tune fro Vortech? if so, can you tell me how to take back up?

ok heres the quick fix.

I am going to convert this to a normal i3.
it will allow you to update the pcm and read the backup then you'll email that file to Vortech and ask them to apply a tune for your kit and they can email it back, and you copy it to the device to load it up.

Please update the device 2x with ignition to complete the conversion.

you'll send vortech the backup file from the tunes folder on the device.
