Quick Question

Hi!

I just updated my T1000 for my 05 dodge 3500. Now I can't get pass the select tune stage. it freezes up when it gets to the loading part. Or am I not giving it enough time.

Before the update it was done it worked pretty quick. Also would like to know if I have to go to a dealer to get some tunes for the add ons I've done such as air intakes and lift pumps.

where exactly does it freeze up?
My personal advise, if you have a legacy piece of electronics that is otherwise working as expected, don't update it
