Tuning TCM only

I have the intune i3 for my 17 silverado . I loaded the 87 octane tune with the firm TCM tune . I have the ecm set how i want it and am making tcm changes to get the trans how i want it . Is there a way to just install the tcm changes only without it re installing the ecm tune too . Every time i make changes to the TCM tune and install it , it re installs the ecm tune also and resets all my fuel trims and idle parameters .

you should be able to select skip this module for the pcm.

I'll have to take a look at it again . I haven't seen that option on my tuner while messing around with the TCM tune .

Is it under advance tuning or easy tune . I've been making my changes in the advanced tuning section .

OK When i go in to advance tune , I make my changes to the TCM then go to apply tune there are no options to skip tuning the ECM . when i select apply tune , it loads both tunes to the truck . Am I missing something somewhere ?

select the modify stock option for the pcm and it wll load a copy of the stock tune to the pcm.
