2014 Sierra Tune Writing fails
I have a 2014 Sierra 5.3. I just got my i2 today. First thing I did was run the update on my computer, this worked just fine. When I went to tune my truck, it created the original backups no problem but when it went to install the new tune is said the tune writing had failed and needed to be rebooted. I rebooted the device and tried it again. The same thing happened. I rebooted it again. When I tried it for a third time the i2 just stays stuck on the "please wait" screen for over 30 minutes. What can be the problem?

key turned to ON position? everything turned off inside the truck? anything aftermarket like stereo, subs, amps, nav, remote start, trailer brake/light setup, etc? if so, anything aftermarket like that needs to be disconnected..

Yes, key is in the "ON" position. And I don't have anything aftermarket, besides a CAI and cat back exhaust,in the truck. I also realized it stays stuck on the "Please Wait" screen when I try to use it as a scan tool. Seems like the tuner is not reading the truck anymore.
