intune i2 update problem

hey just got my intune i2 today and im having trouble right off the bat, when i hook it up to my mac and run the updater i get a "unable to locate info.xml file" any ideas on what the problem is?

do you see the info.xml file in the root of the i2 dirve?

Do you have 5 minutes of access to a PC?
