I2 tuner

just ins tall the 91 octane program in my 2013 5.3 1500 gmc ,turned off the DOD ,adj the pressures on the tcm at part throttle ,but when i try to turn off the torque management and adj the shifting RPM, the tuner locks up and i have to unplug it and start over ,it just does it on those two adjustment ,i also updated the software and tuner any ideas?????? thanks
