2017 Silverado 5.3 intune wont update and freezes

The tuner ran through all updates then finally said press to reboot so i did and its been stuck on the please wait screen since last night

reboot it and it should go to main menu, then try tuning the vehicle again.

Thats the thing its stuck at the please wait after i hit reboot so it wont reboot and ignition updater is now saying check for updates failed on server

can you access the i2 drive on the pc?

if so copy this file into the drive and see if it reboots after it loaded.

Yes and i just drag and drop in to i2 drive no file

now as I go to update it the ignition server is down.. I feel that for as much money as I spent for this tuner I shouldn't be having this much of a headache with it. it just doesn't want to update or reboot

load this to the i2 drive, let it import then it should be good ot go.
