Intune i2030 freezing up.

So I am trying to get to the intune to datalog but I keep getting stuck in this menu. I go to scan tool and it says to leave the key in run and not start the car but never gets past this screen. Pic attached.

Still having issues with this freezing up when trying to use the scan tool feature.
