Diablo Trinity t1000 failed during upload...car dead

Before I started, I updated my Trinity.

Can't get past the error, "Unable to get VIN TCM" on a brand new 2017 Chevrolet SS automatic.

what exactly happened?
Must have been something between updating it and the car going non responsive.

I just spoke to tech support on the phone...car is restored and running again!
