When trying to use the scan tool it gets stuck on the “please wait” screen. It’s a i2 connecting to a 2005 silverado. Any body have this problem before and know the solution?

Also, this happened after my last update I believe.

save this to the i2 drive, let it import the file then go to the truck and choose the restore default pid option in the logging menu and then let me know if it logs.
