2015 gmc sierra truck wont start

i bouth the trinity Ex programer couple months back , install like 4 different tunes and work perfectly till i program my truck back to stock for a few weeks, now my programer ask for update , i did the update and after that I try to install the same old tunes on my truck again but tool was giving me errors massages so many times till i got tired and decide to wait to install it again but my surprise was that my truck wont start now. any help
