2018 Silverado tcm tune only

I have a custom tune in my engine due to my truck being supercharged but they did not tune the transmission is it possible to only tune the transmission with the i3 platinum

heres the answer I gave to the tech that asked about this

he would need to choose the modify stock or skip option for the pcm and be sure to only load tunes or make changes to the TCM side.
