2016 silverado with 8200 tuner rpm question

Hey guys! i just bought my programer from the offload expo yesterday and put the standard 87 octane tune on my truck. i have a question in regards to the rpms. before the tune when i would hit the gas quick to rev the engine and it would climb right up, now with the tune on there is a quick drop in rpms before it picks up. is that normal now or did i do something wrong?
the programer has the current update on it. i originaly put the 91 octane tune on but decided to put it back to stock and then put the 87 octane tune on.

on another forum i did see that its also a common thing that the temperature sensor to be stuck at 32 degrees but should clear up on its own. is that correct?
