[list=][/list] Ive had my programmer for a few years went to install the factory program now it says ”it’s not supported” And also says “no back up stored” i was trying to put my ecu back to factory because I’m trying to trouble shoot an issue

Nice the only way to fix this thing is to buy a new one lol what a joke i only used this thing One time to install the tune

Nobody said that. It is an electronic device, that we haven't sold in over 5 years now. Everyone wants a new phone every year or 2, but we want tuners to last a lifetime, lol.
Can you post the info file from the intune drive?
What happened when it updated?

load this to the intune drive, let it import it then update agin.
