'05 Chevy Avalanche 5.3 failed to restore, no start

Hi folks brand new here!
Got my tuner today and had to test it out! Installed the updates, and tried the 87 tune. Went for a trip and came back to restore the factory tune, but it said tune writing failed! Unplug/reboot, etc..
When I rebooted, it says recovery mode: Yes to restore factory backup.
As soon as PCM Writing Tune comes up, I get "Please Wait" followed by "an error occurred while restoring original backup.

Now my truck won't start.. looking for some suggestions...

Update:
Shout out to Anthony at customer service.

Gave me a list of additional fuses to pull, disconnected the battery for awhile, battery charger on it for insurance.

Got it flashed back to stock, then decided to test it a few more times. One failed install, recovery worked flawless this time, a few cycles of driving between tuned and stock since.
No current issues!
