update problems
i think i did a update this morning then when i connected to my truck and tried to install the tune it gave me a message that i needed to connect to my PC for a update so i did and then my tuner flickered and connect and reconnected. so it reboot and then it said no updates available for my device. can you help with updates if any really need. cant tune my truck right now. received a message say this vehicle has been tuned before.

the device is already married, did you use it to adjust tire size or something?

i called tech. yesterday and someone walked me through a register reset and today someone did another reset my device still want tune my truck, but it did update some group files i think. the person i spoke with today sent my info.xml to someone and they said they would get back with me tomorrow. yes i did adjust the tires size. but now it want do anything else.

nothing it started to read the factory backup and then i displayed a message this ecu has been tune by a diablosport product before, i pressed continue . then it displayed one of the pcm of this vehicle need parameters and needs to be restored to factory, then start new. all day Tuesday this was happening even after the register reset and update were installed on my devicemikel wrote:what happens when you try to tune it?
