intune i2 i2050 update and tunning.

Hi, I just bought a new intune i2050 and i did update it before tried to tune it. but when i tried to tune it to my car dodge challenger rt 2014 it said " This Vehicle is currently not supported: an update may be required. Please plug the i2 into a PC to download any updates. Today I tried to update again but now it said no available update.

its not talking to the vehicle, are you sure key was in RUN mode?

Please go to the ? from the home screen and select vehicle info and confirm it displays the VIN then back up and try tuning it again.
