intune i3 doesn't start

hello!

Just arrived the package with intune i3 for dodge. i've connected it to a car, but there was a message: you should update the tuner.
So i went to computer to update the tuner.
After several tries the updater shows, that cannot install update. so i've deleted update files manually to redownload it.

After several iterations of redownloading, installing updates (and rebooting device after updates) - the device didn't start. it freezes on logo.

Can you help me?
