Stuck in preparing
Tried to update my software and now the i2 is stucking in preparing loop for 10 hours. I have attached the xml file. I have 5 licenses with 2 available and I need to restore the 2012 challenger before trade in.

it just wont complete the update?
It can take a while, are you maybe unplugging it before it finishes?
