Intune i2 frozen on two screens

Intune I2 stuck on “:” screen and when plugged into computer stuck on “installer:preparing”. I called the tech support and they weren’t any help. Said I can get a 25% discount for a new one or send it in and they try to fix it for 100 bucks. Any ideas

If it wont boot, an the drive will not appear, unfortunately sending it in is really the only option.
