Hi guys , I'm trying to install a 7102 on a 2018 F-150 3.5 ecoboost but the device is saying that there is no software for this application ? I tried to update it but I'm not able to register the device , I'm not able to type anything on the form ?

What exactly happens when you try to update it?
Can you provide the serial number from the device?

Im not sure I am following here. Are you trying to open or register ignition?
Please provide some specifics.

I have never seen that. Is it locked up?
Are you able to close it out cleanly?
I might suggest reinstalling it to see if that helps?
