White display

7120. Tuned truck 1st time w/out problem about a month ago. Went to change tune and get white display when plugged into ALDL. Tried numerous times. Goes into USB mode when plugged into laptop. checked for updates and it had one. Tried after update without success. Plz advise. Thx
