After the reset and the update this morning it still had a file read error.
I just got a call back but missed the call. But i got another email about another update.

Do i try the new update or is that just another reset?

I found the case.
Looks like there is a new database building now, and we'll target you to it shortly.

Got an email for a update. So i ran the update.

Tried the truck again. It read the truck but this time after it had me power off the truck it said file read error. I hit ok and it reset tuner and booted back up and said file read error.

I was not able to even select a tune this time.

Another problem it keeps saying device is full.

OK, lets put this on hold and we will continue testing. This was all working in development and something happened on the release build.
