bought a used p2. 7102. when i try to update it i get a submission failed on remote:file submission to powerteq cloud failed.

sometimes it gets past that and begins reading the device and errors out after a few short seconds.

is this a update agent problem or a bad p2?

these errors look like a connectivity issue, are you using a hot spot or maybe a not so great internet connection?

Im using a att wireless whole home internet. But its using att lte yes.

But i have a good connection. Upwards of 70 mbps.
I have tried two different computers and both give me the same errors.

Maybe i can tether to my iphone and try it that way.

Im in a rural part of nc and we only have dialup or satellite or this att lte.

we got the i2/i3/t2 update done yesterday, but theres a little more work for the P2.
