Predator 2 - Does it lock to a VIN if tuned by another tuner

I bought my 2010 Charger last year and have suspected that it may have been tuned previously, though I'm not sure. If I hook up my Predator 2 to this vehicle, does it lock it to the VIN or will it give me the "Non Stock File Detected" prior to marrying the tuner to the car?

I have a 2006 Charger as well and could use the P2 on that if this is already stuck in a tune, so I don't want it to marry unless it's going to work.
