Predator 2 need help for my Ram

Hello guys and greetings from Germany.
I need your help because I can not get on my own.
I bought the Diablosport Predator 2 Platinum 7320 for my Dodge Ram 1500 5.7 Hemi 2010.
I connected the Predator via USB cable to the computer and updated it with Update Agent 1.0.
I am full of joy to my Ram and have the Predator connected to the car.
The ignition is set to ON and no matter which menu I calls, there is always the message "no data for your vehicle available"?
What am I doing wrong ?
I then connected the Predator to the computer again and opened the Update Manager, where my VIN number and the Ram are.
Since I have already made the update, he finds of course no new update.
Then again connected to the vehicle but unfortunately again the same error message?
I hope you can help me.
I ordered the Predator in the USA because unfortunately there is nothing for the Ram in Germany.

Stanley, unfortunately this device does not support most export models. I would suggest that you look into the i3 model which should work fine here.
