2005 jeep grand cherokee read error

so upon following all directions and trying multiple times i keep getting the same error message when trying to tune " stock tune read validation error. this is on 4.7l v8 wondering if anyone has a fix?

please post the serial number of the device and update it so we can get fresh logs.

ok just updated it and the serial number is 201261151 it is sku 7401.
