#7202 not responing? any idea?

I bought the 7202 tuner from Jegs a few days ago for my 2003 Hummer H2.

I made sure it was updated with ignition app. When I go to plug it
in, it comes on, and says turn on ignition key, when I do, it goes
through a few screens, and when it gets to the % screen it shows 4%
and then 8%, and then jumps to Turn off ignition and press ok. It
won't let me select a tune. After I turn off the ignition, it says
vehicle did not respond.

list of screens:
1. Tune - pressed ok
2. tune ignition on(do not start) - pressed ok.
3. please wait
4. establishing communications with vehicle please wait...
5. 4% - reading stock
6. turn off ignition - press ok when completed
7. please wait...
8. vehicle did not respond - press ok to continue
9. resetting tuner
After this it goes back to the tuner screen to start all over.

Any idea?
