New to the truck scene of loading tunes this way. Not new to tuning. Got the 7220 Platinum today. Connected the unit, did the verification. Updated the unit and registered. I tried loading a standard tune and it tells me several things throughout the process. First was "Status: Vehicle files not stock." Then some other screen said "Calibration Files not stock." Then Vehicle File is not stock, no standard tunes are available." Then the same Device Info screen saying "Vehicle has been read."
Apparently I'm doing something wrong. Can someone hep out? I missed the 5pm cutoff for tech support. TIA

please give us a quick call and we'll get some info from you to get the file set back to stock and loaded back to your device.

Got it all taken care of. Now It's a matter of figuring things out. Can I tune anything other than the presets? All I have for now is a K&N full intake.
