hmm, can you post the current info.xml file from the device?

Try rebooting the device then relaunch update agent?

Same results,I do recall a error towards the end of install but everything appeared to run okay

I just ran this locally and its working no problem.
Can you try it from a different pc maybe??

My other computer was having a problem trying to up date from the start.. ignition would not see it, but everything is fine on device manager, the folders take for ever to load, so I used my lap top which everything went well, I thought I’d check if ther were anymore updates, then I got this message, here is a screen shot, I’m going to call when I get home

so it worked on the laptop then you got that error? Im not sure I follow.

Yes the update was done on lap top because everything was working right. When it was done, and the tool rebooted, when the update program reconnected it gave this error

Hey Mike I installed the new Data Viewer. no logs work they all say critical error, log file error, log file was empty.
should I have done this on data viewer thread ?

installer messed up, please try this fix:

The diags.dbe database file was getting placed in directly in the "C:\Program Files(x86)" folder instead of the "C:\Program Files(x86)\DiabloSport\DataViewer" If the user just copies that file into the correct folder everything will work fine.

Yep that fixed it. saved dash boards don't load, but E.A.S works.... Woo Hoo.... I can work on the dash boards.
any idea about the updater issue ?

Hey Mike I got updater to work. I uninstalled the program, re down loaded it, and reinstalled. The version build number has changed. It works properly now. the tool also did some more updates, and after re boot it confirmed it was up to date.
