t2 not reading anything

t2 not reading anything
just got pcm pkg with t2, first it kept resetting and crashing , i couldnt update it through the wireless so hooked it up to the pc and then i was able to update it after that i tried to on the car it wouldnt read anything and get stuck on turn key on screen and some times i get scrambled picture
