2017 pkit problems with the device not keeping and reinstall

Hey. So I have recently purchased a kit when I first installed was great. Then since second tune didn’t take Its list the tcm programming twice and I’m afraid to reinstall, can’t afford another tow and service bill at the dealership. I liked it when it worked ..

which tuner are you using specifically?

Trinity ex platinum it’s not keeping the oe tcm file I’ve sent to t in for reset and had the unit replaced been to the dealership twice to get it reflashed can’t afford that again

TCM issues are far from common, I would have to imagine it was a random failure and should not see it again.
