2006 Chrysler PT GT C2100 code

I loaded my stock tune back into my PT and when I did I got a C2100 code. Any idea what happened or how to fix it. I reloaded the Diablo tune and I still get the code. Car runs great and no CEL, just the C2100. I did out a new battery in just to see if that would fix the problem and it didn't do anything.

seems to be a batt V issue, nothing related to the tune itself.

I changed the battery, just to make sure. Still getting the code. Any ideas?
